What I am thankful for

I am thankful for alot of things of course.
I am thankful for being alive and healthy first of all.

I am very thankful for my family. Family is the most important thing in someones life. You need your family and it's so amazing when you have a supportive family who cares about you.

I am also thankful for my closest friends.
Friends are very helpful and they listen to ur problems and support you.

I am Thankful for living in a home, having food and having money.

I am thankful for having a good life.

Open Letter To Cormac McCarthy

Dear Mr. McCarthy,

   I think your book was alright. It was really depressing. I am not a depressing person so it didn't really appeal to me. Like do you really think the world will end up like that? People turning into cannibals and stuff. I don't think so. I think thats crazy. I wonder if all the books you've written are depressing and crazy. Are you depressed and crazy? Actually for class i had to read about your life... and you're sounded like it kinda sucked.... didn't u live in poverty because u pursued writing? Thats a big risk... I would never do that... well not for writing at least. Although, I do respect what you did cause that means you were really had passion for your writing. Like you did what you loved regardless of the fact that you didn't have money. ANYWAY, you seem like an interesting person.... like because you had the guts to go into writing and you wrote a crazy book, i wonder how you are in person....I don't know if that sounds weird... it's not like i want to meet you in person.. I was just wondering. OKAY BYE.

Defending The Poet

Charles Bukowski writes about the world very negatively in his poem.
Even tho some people think it might be extreme i dont think so.

I feel like we are all gonna extinct.

Like as time goes on we are all just gonna die....

i dunno how else i can explain.

Technology is gonna take over the world.... people will fight to be in power.... and the world just be so chaotic.

I dont see that coming soon but i just know its gonna happen.

A Direction The Class Needs

Classrooms will improve if they were more interesting.
I think sitting and reading and homework are boring.
If teachers taught material in a creative way that appealed more to students then perhaps grades will improve.

I've had teachers assign a couple of projects or homework that did help me understand material better and i was actually interested and understood what they were talking about.

For example, when i was a freshman my American Lit teacher assigned a project dealing with music.... since i enjoy music they project was easy for me and i understood how it related to the material we were learning.

If the class was more interactive and hands on .... i feel like that would appeal to students... we never go on anymore field trips... i think we should do that too....

I feel like homework shouldnt be assigned and there should be more in-class activities... but they have to be fun and interesting..

Thats all i really have to say.... but i only have like 160 words....now like 167....

I just feel school is stupid sometimes....y cant we all just live.....
well i know school is important....but sometimes ....its boring.. and i get alot of homework...
okayyyy now i have enough words...well for me..
